Howard E. Shafran, has practiced law in New York State since 1984. In addition to the New York Bar, he is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. His is also admitted to the federal courts sitting in New York, California, Ohio, Massachusetts and Michigan. Personal interest assist in establishing expertise in boating and motorcycle accidents, as Mr. Shafran is a licensed captain and a Harley Davidson rider for over a decade.
